We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Safeshopexclusiv provides educational content for informational purposes. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our courses. You are responsible for your own learning progress and results.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably.

Mediation: If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Minnesota, United States.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
